Biography
Byron is a retired newspaper editor and has been active in live theatre for over 23 years. He has been in over 70 musicals at the Quincy Music Theatre as well as dramas including 12 Angry Men and Exonerated. He can be seen playing a military cemetery superintendent in the film, “Hero’s Not Forgotten,” a fictional film which honors America's military veterans and educates youth about Americanism on YouTube. He directed Under Review this past fall and acted in this Springs (2023) WeRetimrent for FSU’s White Mouse Productions.
In addition to acting, he has written, “The Curious Life of Marci Bell.” A three-part series currently being published in “Seniors Today,” a magazine in Central Florida. Parts One and Two are available on Amazon. In addition, Byron will be publishing his novel, “The Night of The Grey Dog,” a historical fiction about the murder of a white plantation owner and the lynching of a black man during the 1930’s this Fall (2023).
